Is Hop, Skip & Away an accredited travel agency?

Hop, Skip & Away is accredited by CCRA.

Do I need travel insurance?

Travel insurance is highly recommended. Travel insurance protects your travel investment from financial loss. Once you book a trip, Hop Skip & Away will not be able to refund any portions of your deposits you paid towards your trip, as we are unable to get refunds from vendors to reimburse you for a cancelled trip. If possible, we will work to try to change your dates so that the vacation is not a total loss.  Your travel consultant will discuss your options for travel insurance.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. All vacation balances will be split equally and put on a monthly payment plan if requested. All vacations must be paid in full 45 days prior to departure. 
You may also pay your balance in full at any time.
